Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Catonsville, Maryland, has welcomed Mark Tolentino, MSN, FNP-C, from Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) as its new physiatry clinician. Physiatry services, focusing on pain management, physical therapy, and avoiding surgery, are a key part of the facility’s rehabilitation services. Tolentino, an experienced clinician in physiatry and wound care in skilled nursing settings, holds licenses as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. His appointment follows a recent $5 million renovation and modernization at Meadow Park, which expanded its rehab therapy gym. This initiative aims to enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and reduce rehospitalizations by offering comprehensive physiatry services both in-facility and after discharge with the support of Comprehensive Rehab Consultants.
